STRICT BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
● Confirmation Deposit: Slots are secured strictly on a first-come, first-served basis upon receipt of the non-refundable deposit. Deposits are non-refundable but can be deferred into store dining credit if formal written notice is submitted more than 7 days prior.
● Food Pre-Ordering Mandate: To protect kitchen flow and ensure standard service delivery speeds, a complete itemized food and beverage selection list from our main menu must be submitted a minimum of 5 days prior to the scheduled gathering.
● Punctuality Boundaries: Tables are held for a maximum buffer of 15 minutes past the scheduled booking hour before the package duration clock automatically starts counting down.
● Decor Boundaries: Guests are contractually prohibited from using high-tack double-sided adhesives, commercial mounting tape, nails, or heavy staples on any cafe walls or furniture assets. Any structural physical damage will activate a standard cleaning/restoration surcharge starting from RM300.
